A nomocracy is a government which is ruled by law. That is, a government under the sovereignty of rational laws and civic right as opposed to one under theocratic systems of government [1]. In a nomocracy, ultimate and final authority (sovereignty) exists in the law.
Other commentators dispute this interpretation of nomocracy. According to Seyyed Hossein Nasr in The Heart of Islam (2002), "the Islamic ideal is that of a nomocracy, that is, the rule of Divine Law" (148).

When I asked an organization member if the organization is neutral concerning direct or representative democracy, he told me: “The only thing the web side is not neutral about is that we need global democracy”.

When we have to answer difficult questions, we commonly use diplomacy and avoid to give a complete and clear answer.
GDO is a meeting place for every person in the world to discuss how we can together develop a sustainable world which provides for all. Big order but together I am sure we can do it.
Much of our resources have been devoted to war. Peace will release this waste . We can be realistic about the likely changes from global warming which are fast occurring. Plans need to be made so we are prepared for the inevitable changes.
